STAGE ONE: In consultation with the owner and management we do a legal compliance and assessment of the business and its infrastructure. After we have all the necessary information we compile a tailor made solution for your business. We rectify or update any necessary documentation and procedures and where there are none; we not only provide the documents but also give the necessary training on the use thereof.
We also give training to management on procedures and the use of disciplinary tools such as written warnings and consultation forms. Now your foundation is in place.

STAGE TWO: After all your procedures and documentation are in place and you and the management team are fully versed in the use of said tools, we look to the current state of your business. For example: Are you AA and Health and safety compliant or what outstanding debt there is that you could be utilising?
We now step up day to day legal assistance. We peruse new contracts, mediate with clients and provide legal and labour advice. We also advise on criminal and civil cases. You now have your own in-house legal advisers on hand to make sure you never again act to the disadvantage of your company.
